Travellin.org – Affiliate Travel Marketplace, Intermediary Platform & Partner Network

Legal Status of the Platform

Travellin.org operates as an independent online travel marketplace and affiliate marketing platform. The Platform facilitates access to travel-related products and services provided by third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, accommodation providers, transport operators, travel insurance providers, airport transfer companies, cruise operators, activity providers and other travel-related merchants.

Travellin.org does not generally act as the organiser, tour operator, carrier, accommodation provider, insurer, transport provider or principal supplier of travel services unless explicitly stated within a specific booking agreement.

The Platform’s primary function is to introduce customers to authorised travel providers and facilitate access to travel offers through affiliate partnerships, referral arrangements, API integrations, white-label solutions and commercial agreements with travel suppliers worldwide.

Travellin.org is committed to conducting its activities in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:

For customers located outside the United Kingdom, European Union and European Economic Area, local consumer protection, aviation, tourism and privacy legislation may apply alongside the laws governing the individual travel supplier providing the relevant services.


Nature of Affiliate Relationships

Travellin.org collaborates with numerous internationally recognised travel brands and suppliers.

Travel products displayed on the Platform may be offered by:

  • Airlines
  • Hotel chains
  • Online travel agencies
  • Tour operators
  • Accommodation providers
  • Ground transportation providers
  • Insurance providers
  • Cruise companies
  • Experience providers

When a customer proceeds to purchase a travel product through a third-party supplier, a separate contractual relationship is formed directly between the customer and the relevant supplier.

Travellin.org may receive a commission, referral fee or affiliate remuneration where a booking is completed through one of its partners.

Such remuneration does not generally increase the price paid by the customer unless explicitly disclosed.


Responsibility Accepted by Travellin.org

Subject to applicable law, Travellin.org accepts responsibility for:

Platform Operations

  • Maintaining the functionality of the website.
  • Providing accurate information received from suppliers where reasonably possible.
  • Displaying supplier information in good faith.
  • Protecting personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Implementing reasonable cybersecurity measures.
  • Maintaining transparency regarding affiliate relationships.

Customer Communications

Travellin.org is responsible for communications originating directly from the Platform, including:

  • Website content.
  • Marketing communications.
  • Promotional materials.
  • Customer support communications generated by Travellin.org.

Data Protection

Travellin.org undertakes to:

  • Process personal information lawfully.
  • Collect only necessary information.
  • Implement technical and organisational security measures.
  • Respect customer privacy rights.
  • Respond to data subject requests where legally required.
  • Maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Responsibility Not Accepted by Travellin.org

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Travellin.org shall not be liable for:

Third-Party Services

  • Flight operations.
  • Airline schedules.
  • Flight delays.
  • Flight cancellations.
  • Hotel quality.
  • Hotel overbooking.
  • Cruise disruptions.
  • Ground transport delays.
  • Visa approvals.
  • Border control decisions.

Supplier Performance

Travellin.org is not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of suppliers.
  • Supplier insolvency.
  • Supplier bankruptcy.
  • Operational failures.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Force majeure events affecting suppliers.

Pricing Errors

The Platform cannot guarantee that:

  • Supplier pricing is error-free.
  • Availability remains unchanged.
  • Promotional offers remain active.
  • Currency conversions remain accurate.

All bookings remain subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier.


Package Holidays and Linked Travel Arrangements

Where applicable, certain travel products may fall within:

  • Package Travel arrangements.
  • Linked Travel Arrangements.

Where a booking constitutes a Package Holiday under applicable law, responsibility for performance of travel services generally rests with the identified organiser as required by relevant legislation.

Travellin.org shall clearly identify, where required, whether it is acting as:

  • Affiliate platform.
  • Agent.
  • Retailer.
  • Introducer.
  • Technology provider.
  • Organiser.

Customers should carefully review booking documentation to determine the legal entity responsible for the travel package.


ATOL, Financial Protection and Insolvency Protection

Where applicable, financial protection may be provided by:

  • ATOL schemes.
  • ABTA membership.
  • Package Travel protection.
  • Supplier-specific insolvency protection schemes.

Protection arrangements depend on the supplier involved and the specific travel product purchased.

Travellin.org does not guarantee that every supplier participates in a financial protection scheme and customers should verify protection arrangements prior to booking.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travellin.org shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses.
  • Consequential losses.
  • Loss of enjoyment.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • Missed connections.
  • Missed events.
  • Additional accommodation expenses.
  • Additional transport costs.

where such losses arise from actions or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.


Force Majeure

Travellin.org shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Extreme weather events.
  • Volcanic activity.
  • Earthquakes.
  • Flooding.
  • Pandemics.
  • Epidemics.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Travel bans.
  • Armed conflicts.
  • Terrorist incidents.
  • Industrial action.
  • Air traffic control restrictions.
  • Cybersecurity incidents affecting third parties.

Travel Documentation

Travellin.org is not responsible for:

  • Passport validity.
  • Visa requirements.
  • Vaccination requirements.
  • Health certificates.
  • Customs regulations.
  • Entry permits.

Travellers remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with destination requirements.


Data Protection and Privacy

Travellin.org processes personal data in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR.
  • Data Protection Act 2018.
  • EU GDPR where applicable.
  • PECR and electronic communications requirements.

The Platform may share data with authorised suppliers, booking partners and service providers solely for legitimate travel booking and operational purposes.


Marketing Communications

Marketing communications are conducted in compliance with:

  • PECR.
  • Applicable EU privacy legislation.

Customers may withdraw marketing consent at any time through available unsubscribe mechanisms.


International Operations

Travellin.org operates globally and may provide access to suppliers located outside:

Different legal protections may apply depending on the supplier’s location and governing law of the booking contract.

Customers acknowledge that local regulations, dispute resolution procedures and consumer rights may differ between jurisdictions.


Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable local legislation.
